Goat Soup (Manish Wata)

Not your average soup! This very unique dish is traditionally served as an appetizer at parties and large get-togethers.

 1 l Water
 250 g Goat parts
 2 Scallion stalk
 Salt to taste
 1 tsp Black Pepper
 4 Garlic cloves
 150 g Yellow Yam
 150 g Sweet Potato
 150 g Potato
 8 Okra
 150 g Cho Cho
 1 Manish water soup
 1 Scotch bonnet

Use a large pot and add some water with goat parts in. Season with spring onions, fresh thyme, salt, pepper, pimentos seeds, and garlic then cook for 1.5 hours until goat parts are tender.

Add in your diced yam, sweet potato, Irish potato,cho cho and okra and cook to until tender. Add more water if necessary then add Manish water soup mix and 1 scotch bonnet pepper and simmer until soup is cooked.
